The Brag Media and its employees have been nominated for several media and marketing industry awards so far in 2024. These include individual employee nominations, campaign nominations and nominations for its media products.

B&T - Cairns Crocodiles:

The Cairns Crocodiles Awards are held as part of B&T’s Cannes In Cairns media and marketing conference. The awards celebrate the best creative work and are the industry’s only awards show judged solely by clients, themselves guided by some of the world’s leading marketing scientists. The Brag Media has been shortlisted as a finalist in four categories for the 2024 Cairns Crocodiles Awards.

Our Back of the Net Beats campaign for adidas, a joint entry with EssenceMediacom Australia, is nominated in the Retail, Music and Branded Content categories! Meanwhile, The Brag Media’s Rolling Stone Australia Movember Zine lands a nomination in the Print & Publishing Category.

These nominations place The Brag Media alongside esteemed company like the Seven Network, Thinkerbell, The Monkeys, BRING (Universal Music), Howatson+Company, Ogilvy Australia, Initiative, and more.

The Mumbrella Awards are one of Australia & New Zealand’s longest-running and most prestigious media and marketing awards, celebrating agencies and individuals across the country. Winners are judged according to a carefully selected jury of media and marketing leaders.

The Brag Media has been shortlisted as a finalist for the illustrious Media Brand of the Year, going up against high-calibre names including news.com.au, The Matildas (Football Australia), Man of Many and Broadsheet Media. Drawn from any medium, the category seeks Australia’s best-performing media brand, recognised for achieving commercial success within its sector during the year in question, backed with quality of product, impact on the market and innovation.

Returning in 2024, Mediaweek’s Next Of The Best Awards celebrating the next generation of industry leaders. Following her Bronze award in the Publishing category last year, The Brag Media Editor-In-Chief Poppy Reid has been named as a finalist in the Changemaker category. The hotly contested category recognises individuals within the industry whose exceptional efforts have propelled, supported, and empowered various communities, charities, or causes, catalyzing invaluable and necessary transformation.

Poppy Reid, Editor In Chief of Variety Australia and The Brag Media, and Denise Barnes, Client Project Director, have been named in B&T's Women In Media Power List! This list represents the cream of the crop, the very best of a huge number of exemplary women working in advertising, marketing, and media in Australia and New Zealand.
