- Linda JenkinsonNon-Exec ChairLinda Jenkinson is a successful businesswomen and entrepreneur with over 30 years of general management and consulting experience. She’s founded numerous businesses and was the first woman founder/CEO to list a company on the NASDAQ stock exchange, with DMSC, the $250 million on-demand courier company she co-founded. She also co-founded a global customer and employee experience platform, which was sold to the Accor hotel group. Linda is an experienced company director, sitting on three boards, Medadvisor and Staker Translations. She’s received a number of awards including EY Master Entrepreneur of the Year New Zealand, World Class New Zealander and is a Top 100 Most Influential Women in San Francisco. Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Linda was a Partner at A.T. Kearney in the Global Financial Services practice where she worked with some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University in Data Processing and Accounting & Finance. She qualified for her New Zealand CPA (ACA).
- Ken GauntNon-Executive DirectorZimbabwean born Ken Gaunt is a successful entrepreneur and investor with over 31 years of experience in sales management, corporate advisory and early-stage business development. After emigrating to Australia from Cape Town in 1997, Ken co-founded and was the managing director of Electronic Banking Solutions Pty Ltd which he grew into Australia's largest independent ATM operator. After guiding that company through a successful merger with Cashcard Australia Limited, in 2005 Ken completed the $330 million sale of the merged financial services operation to an American private investment firm. Ken is an experienced board member holding various national and international board positions including the multi-award winning, iconic tourist attraction, Sydney Seaplanes, Hong Kong-based Fintronics Holding Company Limited and non-executive director of the Australian listed oil and gas company, K2 Energy Limited. Ken was CEO of Mobilarm Limited, the company which Jaxsta Limited completed a successful reverse takeover with in late 2018.
- Ben KatovskyNon-Executive DirectorBen Katovsky is a leading global music executive who is currently Chief Executive Officer of Hipgnosis Song Management Limited, the leading song management company and alternative asset manager investing in music rights. Prior to this, Ben was Chief Operating Officer of BMG, the fourth largest music business in the world. Ben's career began in technology in both software engineering and product development. Ben has particular experience in supporting growing music companies to deliver revenue growth and operational scaling and in using innovative technology to achieve this.
- Steve GleddenNon-Executive DirectorSteve Gledden is a highly successful entrepreneur, investor and mentor with extensive expertise in guiding startups to successful scale up. He is Managing Partner of Straight Bat Private Equity, a Venture Partner with Antler VC’s Sydney Generator Fund, Venture Partner with Forward Partners in London, former Seedcamp EIR, NED/Exec Chairman to Seedcamp Portfolio companies, 500 Startups Mentor and advisor. He has been at McKinsey & Company, citysearch.com (NASAQ: IAC), and VP Idealab startup incubator.

He is also the founder of Vampr, a leading social-professional network and talent marketplace for the music industry, which was acquired by Jaxsta in 2023. Over his career, Simons has raised over $25M AUD for his ventures from diverse sources, including venture capital, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, angel groups, and high-profile crowdfunding campaigns. Under his leadership, Jaxsta relaunched as Vinyl Group in 2023 as a portfolio company encompassing Jaxsta, Vampr, and Vinyl.com. In 2020, Simons was named in The Music Network’s 30 Under 30 List and was voted Reader’s Choice. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University, has guest lectured at UCLA and Melbourne University, and presented a TEDx Talk at Macquarie University in 2015.

He has a proven track record of success including two turnarounds that achieved profitability. He is experienced with both large multinational companies and start up ventures. He holds a BSBA from Bryant University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

- Jessica HunterHead of The Brag MediaJessica Hunter, a seasoned media professional, has over 18 years of experience working in commercial functions, building and leading high-performing teams, and localising global brands in the ANZ market. She has played key roles in launching major publishers like Daily Mail Australia and building Woolworths' Brand & Agency retail media division within Cartology from the ground up. Her accomplishments have been recognised by being shortlisted for B&T's Women in Media Awards in 2022 and winning B&T's 30 Under 30 awards in the media category in 2015.
- Joel KingCOO of The Brag MediaJoel King is one of Australia's most accomplished digital media executives. He founded and built Music Feeds into the largest music website in the country before its sale to Evolve Media, where he was appointed Managing Director of Evolve's Australian operations. During his tenure, Joel oversaw a number of global publishing titles and managed their commercial operations. Since joining The Brag Media in 2020, Joel has spearheaded the launch of Rolling Stone in the region and the Rolling Stone Awards. As COO, he has driven significant revenue growth, further solidifying The Brag's position as a leader in the media industry.
- Jessy TrengoveChief Product OfficerJessy Trengove is an accomplished product strategist with extensive experience in driving growth and insights for startups. Passionate about data-driven decision-making, she joined Vinyl Group in 2019 through her work with Vampr, where she applies her expertise to enhance product development and business KPIs. Jessy’s strategic mindset and commitment to innovation continue to shape the success of the group’s portfolio.
- Chris LoweTechnical DirectorChris Lowe is an experienced Technical Director and CTO with over 20 years of expertise in creating scalable and diverse digital experiences. He’s passionate about making complex processes simple, elegant, and seamless. He joined Vampr as CTO in 2019 and now oversees all Vinyl Group technology. Former clients include F45, Sony Music and Volkswagen.
