FILING OF APPENDIX 3Gs
Melbourne, Australia, January 16, 2026: Vinyl Group Ltd (ASX: VNL) (Vinyl Group or the Company)
advises that as part of the Company’s ongoing commitment to improve its corporate governance
processes, the Company has self-identified that due to historical administrative oversights, certain issues
of unquoted options were incorrectly notified to the ASX through the lodgement of Appendix 3B’s, rather
than the required Appendix 3G.
Lodgement of the necessary Appendix 3G notifications to establish the affected securities in ASX’s system
and correct the historical record will follow this announcement. The Company notes that it has previously
filed an Appendix 3B or Appendix 3G for all its prior options issues, whereas it should have filed Appendix
3G’s for all issues. This oversight also caused the inability to cancel certain options via an Appendix 3H at
the relevant time of cessation and therefore breached ASX Listing Rule 3.10.3E.
The table below summarises the total and correction required:

incentive scheme and 3.10.3C for other issues of convertible securities.

Company’s Annual Reports and periodic disclosures.
